Quotas alone won’t provide a sustainable solution. Governments have successfully nurtured women’s engagement in the public sector and developed leaders, offering valuable lessons.
Mentoring and support programs can create ‘safe spaces’ for women leaders, but board appointments require more. Investing in ongoing career development is also crucial for sustained progress.
Recognizing the current system’s inequality, we strive to create a welcoming environment for traditionally underrepresented executive leaders. Our goal is to become a place where everyone can contribute their unique strengths.
