Training Capsules
We run mentorship and training capsules in association with top corporate brands and educational institutes. We realize it’s easy to talk about women’s empowerment — but not so easy to walk the talk. It is not enough to have a debate and come up with a plan; there has to be awareness/knowledge, training and dissemination of critical knowhow in order to set the ball rolling. Our mentorship and training programs are designed to deep dive into areas that are potential stumbling blocks, demystify them and reset options. By attending these, you will emerge better equipped — and more invested. Whether you are an employee or an employer, we factory-fit workshops to cater to your needs.
Collaboration
We collaborate with local and international organizations to promote the hiring of more women leaders, leverage executive headhunters, and engage with HR directors in the community. All around the world, and the Middle East specifically, board-level and senior leadership hirings are in the spotlight, thanks to legislation, company policies and social awareness. But every market has its own unique cultural challenges… and most companies may have corporate legacies. We work in tandem with thought leaders (check out our Thought Leadership segment) and HR specialists to devise calls to action.
Events & Workshops
We organize events, workshops and roundtables to increase awareness of the positive impact of gender diversity on leadership roles, including improvements in KPIs, profitability, and community growth and culture.
WBD’s engagements are aimed to facilitate our mission: educate private, public and education entities about women empowerment, recruitments at board and senior levels, and incubating a DEI-driven culture. Typically, we have an agenda that is debated, success stories shared, and a roadmap created to enable processes. Networking
We create a network of women — and men — who believe in the value of informed gender diversity. WBD is, at the end of the day, a composite and cosmopolitan tribe of members who work together to set benchmarks for our mantra: Enable. Empower. Elevate. By creating a network of like-minded individuals and institutions, we bounce ideas and strategies off each other, and believe together, we can.
